As part of the development of the EFIAG project – Guinea’s Training School for Industry and Alumina, Alteo Guinea was pleased to hold a strategic working session with two major players in education in Boké:

  • the Higher Institute of Mining and Geology of Boké (ISMGB)
  • the Regional School of Arts and Crafts (ERAM)

EFIAG, the result of the convergence between technical education and higher education, aims to create a solid bridge between academic training and the concrete needs of industry.

We are working together to align our efforts and build a training program tailored to current and future industrial needs, directly linked to the job opportunities generated by the Alteo Guinea project.

This meeting was an opportunity to discuss the harmonization of technical curricula, the identification of priority skills, and the integration of local youth into industrial value chains.

Together with EFIAG, Alteo Guinea is committed to building a local sector with solid and sustainable skills, in partnership with educational institutions in the field.
